混合气的选择性分离在环境、能源及工业领域存在广泛迫切的需求。典型的混合气体包括烟道气、炼厂气、天然气、沼气及煤层气等。使用纳米孔材料对混合气中的组分通过选择性的吸附进行分离已经成为绿色分离工艺的新趋势。当前,绝大部分的研究都是基于单一气体的平衡吸附,通过理论模型预测纳米孔材料的选择性,这与真实的混合气体的动态分离选择性往往相差较大。本实验室自主设计搭建了一套高精度的动态吸附分离装置,可测试各类纳米孔材料对真实混合气的实际分离效果。
Selective separation of mixed gas is urgently needed in the environment, energy and industrial areas. The typical gas mixtures includ flue gas, refinery gas, natural gas, landfill gas and coal bed gas. The separation of components in the mixture by selective adsorption of nanoporous materials has become a new trend of green separation. However, most of the studies are based on the equilibrium adsorption of a single gas, and through the theoretical model to predict the selectivity of nanoporous materials, which is different from the real dynamic separation of the mixed gas. A set of high precision dynamic adsorption and separation device is set up in the laboratory, which can test the actual separation effect of various kinds of nanoporous materials on the real mixture.
