Main research achievements

The research focuses on pioneering exploration and application development of nanostructured metallic electrode materials, with extensive experience in the controlled synthesis of nanostructured metals, surface and interface engineering, precise 3D structural regulation, and their applications in energy electronic devices. The researcher has published over 120 papers in journals including Nature Energy, Nature Commun., Adv. Mater., and JACS, accumulating more than 20,000 citations with a personal H-index of 80. They hold over 60 granted invention patents domestically and internationally and have authored one monograph in English and one in Chinese. The researcher has led more than 30 projects under programs such as the National Key Basic Research Program (973), the National High-tech R&D Program (863), and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. They serve on the editorial boards of journals including Nano Research, Science China Materials, and The Innovation Materials, and hold positions as Vice Chairman of the Porous Materials Committee of the Chinese Materials Research Society, member of the Hydrogen Energy Professional Committee of the China Renewable Energy Society, and member of the Marine Energy Special Committee of the China Energy Research Association.
